The Creative Marketing Collective ("The CMC", "we") operates thecreativemarketingcollective.com. This page explains what we collect on this website and what we do with it, in plain language.

What we collect

When you use the free audit form, the contact form, or the chat, we ask for details like your name, email address, phone number, business name and website. We collect what you type into those forms and nothing more. We do not sell this information, ever.

What we use it for

To reply to you, run the audit you asked for, and follow up about working together. Your details are stored in our customer relationship system so a real conversation can happen. If you become a client, the same details are used to deliver the service.

Where it lives

The website is hosted on Netlify. Form and chat submissions are processed by our own backend and stored in our CRM platform. Access is limited to The CMC team.
